FOB China, USD, valid for orders confirmed this quarter. The tier counts total order quantity across SKUs, not per item.

Firm quotes include your exact mix and freight. Custom colors, firmness or packaging move to OEM pricing from 100 pcs.
Minimum order
Five pieces, mixed freely. Five different SKUs in five sizes is a valid first order. We hold standard stock precisely so small first orders make sense — most of our buyers' first order is 10–25 pieces, and their third order is 200+.
Re-orders of an identical mix ship within 72 hours.
Samples
$58 for one breast-form pair, $75 for one breastplate — including DHL Express to most countries, 3–5 business days. The sample cost is credited in full on your first order of 20+ pieces.
Samples ship in 48 hours from confirmed payment.
Payment
T/T bank transfer (preferred, 30% deposit / 70% before shipment), PayPal (orders under $2,000, +4% fee) and Wise. No L/C for orders under $20,000 — the paperwork costs more than it protects.
We invoice in USD; EUR and GBP accepted at mid-market rate.
Production & lead time
Standard stock: 3–7 days. Made-to-order sizes and colors: 10–15 days. OEM projects: 18–25 days including mold adjustments and pre-production samples.
Peak season (Oct–Dec): add 3–5 days. We tell you the honest date before you pay, not after.
What it actually costs to move silicone
Silicone is dense, and breastplates are bulky — freight is a real line item, so here are honest ballparks instead of "free shipping" theater.

Per-order handling fee $2.50 + actual freight; product cost at the tier you have unlocked.
Defects & claims
Photograph the defect and send it with your order number. Replacement ships with your next order, or immediately by DHL for orders over $1,000. No return shipping, no claim forms.
Three-year defect rate: under 0.8% across all SKUs. The most common real defect is a surface blemish caught by our QC — those never leave the factory.
